Policies (Please Read)

Arriving Late:
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and are subject to our cancellation fee.

New Client Information:
If a client decides to book an appointment online and and does not leave their cell number and email address, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your money refunded.  We need to be able to send you information about your hair appointment.

Refunds:
Innovative Hair Designs does not offer refunds on services. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with a service, we offer adjustments up to 7 days after the original service. Products may be exchanged in person up to 7 days after purchase.

Cancellations:
Clients failing to provide at least 48-hour notice for a cancellation reschedule or no showing will be charged 50% of the cost of their missed appointment. Providing at least 48 hours’ notice allows us to fill that slot with another client from our always-active cancellation list, and with a last minute cancellation that is simply not possible. Please be considerate of the fact that the stylist work on commission and rely on a consistent schedule.
